OUR TEAM

Henry Hilbert

Henry has spent his career partnering with clients, understanding their challenges and delivering exceptional service.  Henry's career began at Deloitte, where he developed a passion for problem solving and client service focused on Financial Services in New York. He has applied that passion to build high performing teams at several market-leading consulting services organizations including Tatum in Northern California and Resources Global Professionals in New York, Northern California and Hong Kong.  Over the course of his career and different markets served, Henry has worked with clients from emerging growth to F1000, Private Companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital.  Henry has delivered accounting and finance solutions to a number of key industries including Financial Services, Technology, Consumer Products, Industrial/Manufacturing, Healthcare, Biotech and Not For Profit.

Henry launched Mission Rock Consulting as he saw years of consolidation in the interim and accounting advisory space remove many of the specialized, high touch boutique firms from the market.  These specialized boutiques of the past were often acquired by staffing firms that significantly changed the model, consistency and quality or by much larger firms that wiped out the unique culture that made them special in the first place.  Henry’s goal is to rebuild that high touch boutique organization where people and impact are prioritized while offering world-class service. This is what drives Henry every day.
